So before you wear these nipple covers, make sure your breast and nipple are as dry and clean as possible. Avoid applying any creams as they might prevent the nipple cover from sticking. Peel off the plastic attached to the nipple covers and keep it clean for later use. Position your nipple cover beneath your nipple area, gently pull upward and seal all edges. Always check and ensure that no air is trapped inside. After that, press on firmly to warm for at least 10 seconds.
Right after each use, rinse your nipple covers with lukewarm water or a small amount of mild soap as needed to prevent chemical damage. Then, gently rub the back of the nipple cover using your fingertips to get rid of any dirt. Then, shake off excess moisture and let it air dry in a dust-free environment for at least 3 minutes.
