Lagi kmi gumagamit ng condom para safe kaya sbi ko kanya wag na lang baka delikado pero sbi nya safe daw naman kasi pag may regla ang babae di raw mabubuntis.
Parang mas masarap naman talaga pag walang condom kaso baka may mabuo. Di pa ako handa maging tatay. Totoo kaya yung sabi nya na pwede iputok pag may regla? Thanks po

Kidding aside, thank you for sharing your question and story. Una sa lahat, pwede pa rin mabuntis ang isang babae kahit may regla na siya. Mas mababa ang tsansa, pero posible pa rin.
Ganito kasi yan, ang babae ay fertile during the ovulation phase of her menstrual cycle. It usually occurs 2 weeks before her menstruation. At that stage, ekis talaga ang makipagtalik ng walang kahit anong contraceptives. Pero pag natapos ang stage na yun, like kapag meron na siyang period, mas mababa na ang chance niyang mabuntis.
Kaya lang, hindi lahat pare-pareho ang cycle length. May iba na parang laging nagbabago-bago.
For example, kung si girlfriend ay may short menstrual cycle, mataas ang chance na mabuntis pag may regla ka siya; pwedeng mag-overlap ang ovulation and menstruation phases. This is pretty rare, pero not entirely impossible. Take note rin na ang sperm ay kayang mabuhay sa reproductive tract up to 5 days.
Naiintindihan ko naman na there’s a certain level of intimacy na ibinibigay ng raw sex. Kumbaga skin-to-skin talaga kayo ng partner mo. Kaso ikaw na rin nagsabi mismo na hindi pa ready maging tatay, so why take that risk?
Besides, magaganda na rin naman ang quality ng condoms ngayon, ultra-thin and sleek fit na para mas natural ang feeling during sex. Ang condoms ay nagbibigay rin proteksyon sa sexually transmitted infections tulad ng syphilis, chlamydia, at HIV.
Ngayon kung gusto talaga ng girlfriend mo na iputok pag may regla, mas mabuting mag-avail siya ng other birth control options, katulad na lamang ng birth control implants, injectables, pills, or IUD. Marami nang organizations and sexual health clinics na pwede niyang puntahan.
Pwede rin ninyo namang subukan ang natural family planning methods— pero hindi ito kasing epektibo ng hormonal birth control.
