Once you’ve unpacked this product, wash it first before using it for sanitary purposes. Soak it in water, wash it with a normal detergent, and rinse it again with cold water. Once washed, you can easily use it the same way you normally use disposable pads. Cloth pads are often more absorbent than disposable, but remember that you should still be changing them regularly. As you’ve finished wearing your pad, soak it in cold water to prevent any stains. Then wash your pad with a normal detergent. You could wash it in the washing machine or by hand. You could also run your pads through the washing machine on their own. And after washing and rinsing your regular cloth pads, hang them to dry.
