Using this menstrual pad is the same as using commercial pads. Start with getting a single pad and removing its packaging. Please remove the sticker cover and stick the pad at the crotch area of your underwear while sticking the wings to the backside of the same spot to hold it in place.
Keep the menstrual pad on for a few hours or once you feel full. For removal, gently pull the pad from your undies, fold it, wrap it with a tissue or its own wrapper, and throw it in the bin. Ideal for heavy flow.
